ORDERS:

Buyers of wines (alcohol) must be on the day of online order at least 18 years old.

The buyer is responsible for the data given in the process of executing the order. The seller is not liable for possible delivery errors due to the wrong address.

After the contract is awarded, the buyer receives a contract (account) via e-mail. The contract (account) is stored in electronic form on the server and available to the customer at any time in its user profile.

SHIPPING:

Delivery  is performed by DPD. All consignments are insured and, in case of damage to the shipment, we only replace it with a new one or return your money.

Shipping Rates depend on weight and country delivery. Shipping Rates will be shown in check-out.

THE RIGHT TO PAYMENT OF PURCHASE, REFUND OF GOODS:

The buyer has the right to notify the seller at the contact email info@klenart.si , within 15 days of the acceptance of the goods, to withdraw from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The only cost charged to the buyer in respect of cancellation is the cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned to the seller no later than within 10 days of the canceled notice of cancellation (purchase).

The goods received must be returned undamaged and unchanged, unless the goods have been destroyed, defective, lost or reduced, without the consumer being guilty.

Repayment of payments will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refund of the purchase price is credited to the buyer’s transaction (personal) account, which was used to make the payment of the order.

The return of the goods received to the seller within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract shall be considered a notice of withdrawal.

The goods are returned to the seller at the address: KLEN’ART, Sabrina Klenar, Plavje 55a, 6281 Škofije, Slovenia.

PRICES:

Prices are in Euros with VAT included. The price indicated for each product does not contain shipping costs.

The price printed at the end of the order is the final price, which also includes the shipping cost.

The seller covers the costs of packaging and packaging.

The seller reserves the right to change prices. The price that is published on the day of the order – on the day of completion and award of the contract.

PAYMENT TERMS:

The provider provides the following payment methods;

– payment by pro forma: The buyer receives an invoice by email to the specified email address in the order. After payment of the pro forma invoice, the shipment is sent within the agreed time limit.

SAFETY:

The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA:

The Tenderer undertakes to permanently protect all personal data. These will be used exclusively for the management of invoices, offers and other necessary documentation.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES:

The bidder is obliged to establish an effective complaints handling system. The bidder will endeavor to deal with the complaint as soon as possible and inform the buyer about this.

The seller will make every effort to settle any dispute by mutual consent.
